Every time I’ve been to the store the employees have been super friendly and helpful and great to have a chat with. It’s my first time consigning with them and it was such a smooth and quick process.

Such a great experience and 10/10 would recommend to buy and sell your clothes/ bags/ shoes here. Plus they’ve got cards, stickers and artwork from local artists and some of the staff which I love. A great find ❤️

Have consigned twice now, at the OG store as well as Damansara Kim. Staff / owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate. I think what would be more fun is a RM3/RM5 bin for items that are bound fir recycling at the end a cycle. Other than that can’t wait to consign again! ❤️

LOOOP SS18 review from the perspective of a man:

I like shopping there because I can get unblemished basic items (looks new to me at least) for ~50% off what it would be at the normal retail store (e.g. Uniqlo).

The store also feels much cleaner than typical thrift or bundle shops like JBR..no thrift smell (if you know you know), and you can see staff steaming the clothes before putting them out.

The fitting rooms at the SS18 branch are especially nice and spacious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it’s a solid place for affordable, good-condition branded clothing without the usual secondhand shop downsides.
